Wheat & Oats with Honey Muffins


Really enjoyed baking these – totally guilt free and damn, they’re delicious!! For a self righteous ( coz I truly feel smug right now ) and healthy snack, this is what you gotta do…
All you need!!
Dry ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup raw oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Wet ingredients :
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup honey
2 tbs olive oil
Raisins; optional but awesome to add!

Mix all dry ingredients set aside!
Gently whisk together all the wet ingredients and add to dry! Gently stir add raisins, if you like 🙂
Ladle the mix into paper lined muffin tins or tray- only fill up to 3/4 of each cup. The batter will be a bit runny…
Bake at 200 C for about 20 mins or till done. Cool in tin for 5 mins before popping on wire rack to cool completely!
Ready to wolf down!
